Brainstorming ideas for the direction of the shape language for everyday objects within Caldswell city, most of the objects within set 1 were unfortunately, pretty generic. Pushing the shapes of the boxes towards tall, thin shapes makes them more interesting and could finish them off with a cool logo branded on to the boxes. I like the added filigree shapes to set 2, it gives them a sense of better balance between the chaos and order of the designs, which might be the reason why set 1 is so boring, much of it is close to rectilinear and needs a chaotic flourish of some sort. Unfortunately, the filigree patterns only work for items that reside with the nobility, so I'll need to give it some thought.
